These Terms of Use govern access to the FUTZ.PRO website and the use of the app available on the App Store and Play Store. By accessing the site, downloading the app, or purchasing a subscription, you fully agree to these Terms.
1. Nature of the Service
The FUTZ.PRO website functions solely as an informational landing page.
The actual use of the product occurs within the mobile app (iOS and Android) and, in the future, also in the web version.
The website does not perform internal functionalities of the product and does not process subscriptions.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By installing the app or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
3.1 Subscription Types
The app offers subscription plans to unlock advanced features, such as:
PRO Plan
PRO+ Plan
CLUB Plan
Each plan may have monthly or annual versions, with prices displayed within the app.
All amounts are set in reais and follow the mobile store policies.
3.2 Billing and automatic renewal
Subscriptions are billed and processed exclusively by the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android), depending on your device's platform.
The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless it is canceled in advance.
3.3 Cancellation
Cancellations must be done directly through your account's store:
iOS Users: Apple ID account settings
Android Users: Google Play Subscriptions
FUTZ.PRO cannot cancel subscriptions for you, as the control belongs to the stores.
Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the plan until the end of the already paid period.
3.4 Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple or Google, following the rules of each store.
FUTZ.PRO does not manage payments, does not access your financial data, and does not process direct refunds.
3.5 Price Changes
We can change the value of the subscriptions.
If this happens, Apple or Google will display an adjustment notification and ask for your confirmation.
If you do not accept the new value, the subscription will not be renewed.
4. App Usage
By using the app, you agree to:
Use the product solely for legitimate game organization purposes
Not engage in tampering, reverse engineering, or data extraction
Not interfere with the operation of the service
Not use the app for harassment, spam, or intentional confusion in groups
We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Accounts and Authentication
The application may require authentication via Google or another provider.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for immediately notifying any unauthorized access.
6. Intellectual Property
All design, branding, logo, texts, icons, images, game system, group structure, features, code, and other elements of FUTZ.PRO are protected by copyright.
You cannot copy, redistribute, modify, or reuse any part of the product without written authorization.
7. Information and Content
The site presents information about the product, but does not guarantee that all features, descriptions, or images will always be up-to-date.
The app may receive updates at any time, with functional or visual changes.
We may modify or remove content, features, and descriptions without prior notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
FUTZ.PRO is not responsible for:
Interruptions, technical failures, or temporary unavailability of the app or the site
Losses arising from use or inability to use
Incorrect data entered by users
Problems caused by third parties, attacks, viruses, or malicious software
Results of decisions made within organized groups in the app
The user assumes full responsibility for using the application.

The app or website may contain external links.
We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these sites.
10. Amendments to the Terms
We may update these Terms at any time.
The current version will always be available on the website and within the app.
Continued use of the app after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
